Position Summary:
Dispatches field Service Technicians, schedules service calls and directs the day-to-day activities of Service Technicians to achieve the company's revenue, profit, and quality of service objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Maximizes technician utilization and revenues through efficient routing and scheduling, appropriate staffing levels, monitoring of work flow via first/last call audits, and regular communication throughout the day.
Motivates technicians, to include explaining and promoting sales promotions.
Answers phones, provides verbal quotes when requested, and complete all pertinent information on service orders.
Generates sales growth through promotion of products and services to existing customers and new prospects.
Assists in identifying technician training needs and makes recommendations to General Manager.
Reviews and audits work tickets.
Coordinates and assists with expediting material requests, replenishing truck stocks, and requesting other necessary supplies for technicians.
Insures vehicles are clean and in safe operating condition by conducting regular inspections. Identifies and works with the General Manager to address employee relations issues.
Completes payroll recap information and transmits to payroll on a timely basis.
Insures compliances with established credit policies and procedures.
Assists and cooperates with the other company personnel and performs miscellaneous business related tasks as may be required from time to time.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.
3+ years service management experience within the electronic security industry preferred.
Proficiency within Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
