We are premium boat dealership with luxury brands including Mastercraft, Supra, and Moomba boats, and Sylvan pontoons.
Quality service is paramount to Indy Boat Co and we are growing our team to maintain the needs of our growing customer base.
We're looking for an experienced individual who is professional, reliable, and understands the value of customer care.
Candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be knowledgeable in the use of technology for data entry.
Use of Lightspeed EVO and Microsoft Excel a plus.
This is an advisor-based sales position, requiring communication and education of the client as to what repairs and routine maintenance are needed for their boat.
This will include scheduling work, discussing the client's concerns with them to ensure the proper information is reaching the Technician, explaining to the client what the Technician found in a way they can clearly understand, building parts & labor estimates for repairs, presenting estimates to the client to receive approvals, and continued communication throughout the process until their boat is delivered back to them.

Responsibilities:
Completely manage the Service Advisor process and assist with the Warranty process Be responsible for administering and managing warranty claims with our manufacturers by working with our technicians to see that we are approved and paid for all available warranty claims Working with customers for scheduling and closing out service Ordering parts and maintaining parts module Assisting with Pro Shop Sales Assisting with entering data into Sales Module Greeting customers and taking calls Work Hours Work hours during the summer will generally be Monday through Friday from 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM and Saturdays from 9:
00 AM to 2:
00 PM.
Shorter hours will be required in during the winter (off-season).
