Now Interviewing for a Marketing Creative Associate! Position is Hybrid/Remote Must Live in Indiana and be able to travel within Marion, Hamilton, Madison, and Boone Counties.
Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive whole health services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment.
Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a versatile Marketing Creative Associate to help us create high-quality multimedia products that engage with our patients and partners across many different platforms and channels.
Experience is a plus but this is also a prime opportunity for an entry-level candidate.
The Associate should have robust skills in both graphic design and photography/videography.
They will work with an integrated marketing team of creative professionals, and act as the main support person for our lead creatives.
They will also work alongside and learn from our senior associates, with their assignments ratcheting up in scope and complexity as they grow into their role.
They will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications and help execute Aspire's overall marketing strategy, bring their own ideas and innovation to the table, and be an advocate for representing inclusivity in all of the company's communication efforts, both internal and external.
Education and Experience Associate's degree from a college/university accredited by the U.
S.
department of education and two (2) years of related experience; OR Bachelor's degree from a college/university accredited by the U.
S.
department of education in Media Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldSkilled graphic designer requiredSkilled in still photography, videography and editing requiredExperienced with +Adobe Creative Cloud required.
Familiarity the G Suite apps, a plusExperience creating social media, including TikTok, videos preferred.
Experience working with healthcare and/or nonprofits a plus Other RequirementsMust have a valid Indiana Driver's License (or be able to obtain an IN driver's license within 6 months ) plus a driving record that meets the standards of employment at Aspire Learn more about us at Aspireindiana.
