Summary:
Hands on role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks relevant to an entrepreneurial company focusing mainly on running the machines including:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect implants, instruments and raw materials Inspect products being manufactured Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System Complete product inspections in accordance with FDA guidelines for cGMP & ISO 13485 Insure adherence to Quality Manual Assist with inspection Plans for manufactured items Perform IQOQPQs for equipment and processes Various other tasks relevant to a growing business
Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated to produce high-quality parts Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels Must be able to read blueprints and use standard measuring equipment Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Great dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to learn PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting and standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Hand dexterity for working with spinal implants and instrumentation EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of experience with increasing responsibility preferred Experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment preferred AVAILABILITY Full-Time 2nd Shift - 3:
