9K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Job Summary Provides administrative support to the Medical Staff Office through a variety of responsibilities including greeting and assisting visitors, creating correspondence, and processing paperwork.
Job Responsibilities Performs administrative duties such as correspondence, memos and maintenance of general and confidential records with the Medical Staff Office.
Answers phones and greets guests with interest and support.
Maintains provider information in the credentialing database.
Maintain compliance of expirable items such as licenses, ACLS/BLS certifications, malpractice coverage, TB testing, etc.
May assist with credentialing audits and may assist to conduct internal file audits.
Assist with administrative functions associated with the onboarding of new providers and students.
Assist in planning and coordinating events such as the Physician Service Awards and Medical Staff meetings.
Assists in all functions of the Medical Staff Office as directed by the Medical Staff Office Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Associate degree in health-related field or another related field.
Experience Requirements Minimum:
6 months or more of clerical and customer service experience.
Preferred:
Medical staff credentialing experience preferred.
License/Certification Requirements - None Education Preferred High School or better in Other GED or better in Other.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
