Administrative Assistant - Parts Assistant Weihe Construction is looking for a hard-working professional to join our maintenance department! The Assistant Parts Manager will provide basic administrative and technical support to the Parts Manager.
This individual will serve as an administrative assistant within the shop, mainly in a clerical role.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Parts Manager include, but may not be limited to:
Data entry and processing Maintaining inventory and internal lists of parts, assets, and supplies Assisting in ordering and receiving parts Making and taking phone calls to vendors and dealers Creating in-house work orders for Shop and Field Mechanics Scheduling maintenance subcontractors Processing invoices Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills and have experience with:
Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Google Candidates with experience ordering parts for heavy off-road equipment considered a plus! Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:
30AM - 5:
00PM, Additional hours as needed
