HR Director Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and effectively engage with employees.
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Implement and uphold HR policies, ensuring fair and consistent application across the organization.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, when necessary.
Training and Development:
Identify opportunities for employee development and growth, assisting in the implementation of training programs.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including HRIS data entry and documentation.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
Oversee benefits administration for all new hires and current employees Medical, Dental, Vision, and all LOA claims Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize and support employee events, programs, and initiatives.
Recruiting and Onboarding:
Assist the Talent Acquisition group when needed on the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, conduct orientations, and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience (preferred but not required) as an HR Generalist, Specialist, Business Partner, or in a similar HR role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to travel.
Ryan Fireprotection operates in four states, with nine different office locations.
The HR Generalist travel will be minimal, but limited site visits are expected.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
