We're looking for a Part Time Retail Associate.
Training is provided, with the opportunity to learn technician repair skills if desired.
Ability to work weekends at times, but flexible on scheduling options.
Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Skills:
Must have a positive can do attitude and be able to work with all levels of personalities Must have strong communication skills and be able to follow through with customers Must have strong organizational skills Must be able to work on weekdays (12-5pm) as well as rotating weekend shifts (flexible) Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet use.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stock of merchandise in the store.
Receive deliveries and put away merchandise.
Maintain the store's cleanliness.
This includes stocking shelves, and general store cleaning duties Assist customers as needed with questions or concerns.
This includes but is not limited to ordering merchandise, returns, or other issues.
Meet or exceed sales goals established by store manager Answer phone calls and return calls Other duties as assigned Requirements/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and must be 18 years of age Positive attitude and team oriented Punctual and reliable Great communication skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Basic computer skills Employee discounts Job Types:
