9K a year Job Summary The Human Resources Generalist partners with operational customers using a broad knowledge of HR practices to positively impact business operations.
Job Responsibilities Lead Recruitment initiatives and provide direct recruitment support for assigned positions and/or customers in the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee-related databases which may include an HRIS, performance management, web-based training, etc.
Prepare and analyze reports and data per scheduled audits, regulatory body requirement and/or customer ad hoc requests.
Develop and deliver in-house employee training programs including, but not limited to:
training needs assessment, new employee orientation, leadership development, measuring training impact, etc.
Assist with the development of Human Resources policies and partner with management to interpret and communicate the application of policies, procedures, programs, and federal/state laws.
Conduct investigations related to employee complaints or concerns, advising management through the steps of coaching and progressive discipline.
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Monitor and manage Leave of Absence programs and processes.
Assist in reviewing jobs against market data, analyzing internal and external equity and proposing pay practices that help recruit and retain staff.
Prepare and deliver employee communication and feedback through:
meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, etc.
in partnership with the organization's communications team.
Contribute to cross functional committees and process improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements Minimum:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, other related area of study.
Experience Requirements Minimum:
Three (3) years experience in Human Resources.
Minimum of two (2) years as an HR Generalist with demonstrated experience recruiting, managing employee relations, compensation administration, training delivery, and recognition / retention programs.
License/Certification Requirements Prefer human resources certification from HRCI or SHRM.
Education Preferred Bachelors or better in Human Resources Bachelors or better in Other.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
