PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Position reports to and works with the Purchasing & Materials Manager and Production and Repair Coordinator out of our Noblesville, IN location.
Position Overview:
Assist the Purchasing & Materials Manager and the Production and Repair Coordinator with day-to-day tasks as assigned.
Key
Responsibilities:
Process daily manufacturing timecards File pick tickets to power unit packets Maintain power unit packets Check in hydraulic repairs Process repairs in systems (Trulinx, Global Search, Global Forms) Back up production/repair coordinator Processing daily PO's out of Global Search Creating PO's from the ledger forecast Reconcile invoices to PO Process non-conformances Part number creations Create and process expense PO's Create and process manufacturing PO's Material Control of the MGE product line Reconcile vendor discrepancies Purchase and maintain office, breakroom and janitorial supplies Inventory buy job Inventory record updates Analysis of monthly reports Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required
Experience:
0-1 year in an office environment.
Will train the right candidate.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Key Responsibilitiespendently, possess organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Self-motivated, quick learner Attention to detail Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The work is sedentary.
Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, printers, servers, paper, books, and small parts; driving an automobile, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to general office environment.
Overnight travel may be required, but seldom; work outside normal business hours is required from time to time.
