Our goal is to have an agent partner with us to enable us to support their sales of Medicare, life, and Annuity products.
The company has been in business for over 40 years as a three-generation family run company in Noblesville, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
Oversee sales floor communications, updates, and contests.
Creating monthly DTC and Key Account newsletter and leaderboard Assist in executing account agreements.
Assist in Due Diligence for new DTCs.
Prepare and organize sales reports as requested.
Responsible for onboarding new accounts.
Responsible for continuously updating all marketing money agreements.
Compose and distribute professional email correspondence.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Assist in writing Conversica campaigns.
Lead distribution and oversight Pull Sales team recorded calls for review.
Coordinating affiliate event planning.
Managing DTC daily submissions and reporting.
Responsible for monthly report cards on all DTC and Key Accounts.
Full time.

Qualifications:
Experience with computers, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and effective Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to independently manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Attention to detail.
Time-management skills.
