The position requires responsiveness, regular customer check ins, and the management of the sales process.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for uncovering opportunities and researching, sourcing, and quoting custom promotional products, decorated apparel items, and services presenting them to decision makers.

Position Information:
This position requires someone with a passion for sales and maximizing the revenue potential of existing accounts.
The position requires previous promotional product and apparel sales experience and a proven record of account growth and management.
The position requires an individual with an ability to learn and be willingness to fail and improve.
The position requires effective time management and an ability to respond quickly.
The position is full time and may require extended hours of accessibility to ensure customer needs and responses are met.
The position will have office space if needed but is designed to be remote and interacting daily with customers.
Primary Responsibilities Continuously qualify and manage customer experiences increasing sales volume for assigned accounts Learn the strategies and fundamentals to effectively execute the ScreenBroidery Sales Process Execute the daily sales playbook recording interactions and notes in the CRM Research and pitch products, services, and capabilities that meet customer needs Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Act as subject matter expert on product offerings and solutions including knowledge of marketing methodologies, promotional products, and apparel decorating techniques Receive client's artwork and/or ideas and pass along to Graphic Design Team Work with Order Management Team to communicate with customers regarding orders in production Communicate with Account Executive to ensure customer needs and opportunities are transitioned Work with Supplier Reps to know product base and proper selling features Promptly respond to leads Write estimates and sales orders Work with sales team and executive team to close large and complex deals Communicate with customers on order status and Communicate with order managers on order needs and customer requests Identify and attend networking opportunities Attend supplier and customer focused trade shows Participate in ScreenBroidery sales, production, and supplier meetings Promptly follow up on all accounts and customer needs Performance Metrics Monthly Gross Margin:
Average gross profit of 35% with a target of 40% to 45%.
Annual Revenue Goal:
A minimum of $700,000 with a target of $1,250,000 and $2,000,000 exemplary.
Year over Year Revenue Growth:
A minimum of 10% in existing account growth with a target of 25%.

if $1M is earned in 2023 - $100K must be new business in 2024) Weekly Customer Call/Meetings/Discovery/Follow up Activity:
Minimum 25 customer touch points and a target of 50.
Bi-weekly Account Check-in:
Connect with all customers at minimum once every 2 weeks.
Primary accounts once a week (accounts that represent 80% of your total billing).

Benefits:
Compensation is a base salary of 50,000 with a 5% profit-based commission.
Base salary is a guaranteed fixed amount and set based on qualifications and experience.
Commission is earned once sales goal requirements are met.
Individual and team performance bonuses are awarded based on achieving monthly team sales goals, margin amounts, and excellence employee performance.
100 hours of personal days are available following a 90-day trial period (personal days are not tied to compensation and do not roll over into future years) Full-time employment positions are eligible to join the company's health insurance subscription Full-time employment is eligible for 3% match of salary contribution into the company's Simple IRA program A performance review will be conducted every two weeks for the first 30 days and quarterly from then on out.
