8 Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description MedSitter is currently looking for a full-time IT Help Desk Representative to work four 10-hour shifts a week in our Noblesville, IN office (14701 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46060).
The schedule will be 5:
00 AM - 4:
00 PM (1 hour lunch) Wednesday - Saturday.
The IT Help Desk Representative is responsible for supporting customers on a variety of desktop, room and streaming video solutions.
Skills and Responsibilities include:
Provide support for installation, configuration and support of IT and Audio/Video Conferencing equipment and software via email, phone and video Open and manage trouble tickets in the maintenance database PC Imaging and Support Provide remote orientation and training to customers Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Work as a team member, providing support to other team members and departments Required Qualifications include:
Associates Degree and six (6) months Help Desk/Call Center experience supporting technology services; or the equivalent combination of education and experience Basic network troubleshooting experience Knowledge of scripting, PHP, VBS, Powershell Working knowledge of Windows 10 Audio/ Video and Telecommunications experience preferred Comfortable communicating in front of a camera Must have the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient written and verbal English communication skills About Us MedSitter was founded in 2017 to help clinicians avoid patient injuries without straining staff resources.
